Truck & Gear cares about your privacy and personal information. All data and information that we collect, while processing your order, only used for internal business use. We will not sell or share your email, name, phone number or any other personal information to outside companies or organizations. Truck & Gear can use your email or phone number to contact or inform you about your order or if we have some questions about it.

Truck & Gear collects anonymous demographic information that isn’t unique to you (age, gender, interests). This information will not be linked to your identity or personal information. Also, we automatically collect information about your device or computer hardware and software. We may collect IP address, access time, domain name, browser type, referring website address, etc. This data is used to analyze website performance and efficiency.

Truck & Gear track the pages on the website our clients visit the most to monitor what sections and products are in demand. This data is used to improve a client’s satisfaction and make the site better.

Truck & Gear will reveal your personal information without permission in cases:

  • It is required by law, or legal action served on Truck & Gear;

  • To protect and defend the property and rights of Truck & Gear;

  • Difficult cases to protect user’s personal safety.

Truck & Gear also uses "cookies." We use them to simplify the process of recording your personal data that based on the pages you’ve been visiting. You can accept or decline cookies. If you choose to reject cookies, you may not be able to experience Truck & Gear fully.

Truck & Gear values our customer's privacy and secures their information from any unauthorized access and use. To do so, we use secured computer servers with protection software that do not allow outside parties to collect your data. Such data as a credit card number is being encrypted for a higher level of security.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of purchase date. All return items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. The only exception is warranty returns.


To return an item, please email customer service at cs@truckandgear.com to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, amount paid for the return shipment may be deducted from your refund or replacement order.


After receiving your return and inspection the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return of refund has been processed.


For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. Also please note that all freight products should be returned after conversation with Truck And Gear customer service agent.
