Our Price Match Policy is created to always meet our customers needs and provide them with reasonable prices. If you find a needed item in another place for less, you can contact us. We will not only match prices, we will lower it for you, and refund the difference.
What Should You Know?
- The product must be exactly the same (brand, model, vendor, part #);
- You need to provide us with a screenshot or a link to the product we are matching;
- Our Price Match Policy doesn’t apply to competitor’s products that are on sale, sales tax promotions, tax-free events, and buy-one-get-one-free sales.
- Competitor products should be confirmed good stock and available for sale at an advertised price.
- Price match may be declined due to fair business issues.
How to Get a Discount/Refund?
- New or existing order: contact us via email cs@truckandgear.com;
- Provide order#, link or screenshot of the product with lower price;
- Get a refund of lower price in your cart.
