For over a decade, Aero Function has designed and manufactured premium quality aero body kits and components for high-end and luxury vehicles across the globe. Taking its roots from motorsports, it strives to create body parts that not only look great, but also enhance aerodynamics, resulting in greater performance, higher top speeds and improved steering. All of them are handmade in its own manufacturing facilities by specially trained employees with many years of expertise in body parts engineering and design. Made out from premium quality materials, which are either glass fibre composites, carbon fibre plastics or polyurethane plastics, they meet or exceed the highest quality standards provided by automotive, commercial and retail markets.

Its ever expanding product selection includes a variety of high-performance composite body parts and accessories ranging from complete body kits and trunk spoilers to bumper lips and hoods. All of them are fabricated under strict quality control, utilizing a unique five-stage quality control assurance manufacturing system. Aero Function also utilizes double-layered signature gray coating, complimentary aero function brand identity package, chip-resistant honeycomb black mesh grilles where applicable and other technology-advanced solutions, which in tandem with the use of premium quality materials and the latest manufacturing processes ensure matching the requirements provided by both the automotive industry and the manufacturer.

Aero Function has experimented with an array of materials to find out the best receipt for its body parts. In result, it selected three of them, such as a polyurethane plastic, carbon fibre plastic and glass fibre composite. Each of them has its pros and cons, however, all allow for creating extremely lightweight and durable body parts. If carbon fibre plastics are used, all parts come standard with seven layers of marine grade clear coat that provide long-lasting resistance to UV rays and the elements. Similar to carbon fibre, all glass fiber composites also come with several layers of signature gray coating to minimize the preparation process. Thanks to milled and cross-woven fibres, this material also ensures excellent flexibility and durability, which makes it one of the strongest and most impact resistant materials in the industry and the most preferred one when it comes to premium segment aerodynamic body parts.
